Halloween costumes are:
* Make an apron like this (I mean, it looks like the platform on the person in green)

All you really need is a model for all ... i dont care if a site or a painting done too badly. for the hat, do not the clubs, who know only how the white part. Thank you sooooo much, please please please answer! if not tech Savy can only draw a picture and ill, explains how to download them in the trash, like the image is absolutely free, so we can see the model (or you can send an e-mail to aleguaschic @ yahoo.com).

Shorten the sleeves of coats, extra volume and ready to go.
Patterns are pattern pieces and sewing instructions in them. Looks like you are a beginner, if you need assistance locally.
The hat looks like a shaped piece of buckram with things stuck in it ... not detailed enough to find out.
