Doing a little research on the "plus one" in which refers to the tires.

# The first is the tire width in millimeters.
The second # is the aspect ratio (50 is the side wall 50% of the width of the tire)
# This is the diameter of the wheel.

If you go with a tire width () # the most expensive, off to reduce the aspect ratio (seconds #) or an odometer and speedometer.

Go to tirerack.com and you can, what you see with your car.
